Advanced Negotiations is a two-day advanced role-playing seminar designed to hone negotiating skills. The course explores several alternative models of labor negotiations. Covered topics include advanced negotiating techniques, contract drafting, proposal evaluation, mediation and tactics to gain leverage. Role-playing scenarios pit management against labor in a variety of situations designed to show how to deal with management strategies and go on the offense during the negotiating process. This course is intended for those with some negotiating experience.
