Organizing Tactics
Consistent with our overall emphasis on organizing, we offer an in-depth seminar on Strategic
Organizing. This seminar focuses on strategies and best practices used in recent organizing campaigns, with emphasis on those campaigns
that included a novel legal component. In addition to studying selected campaigns, detailed information is provided regarding a number
of successful new organizing tactics, including the use of meritorious lawsuits on land use, environmental and the construction permitting
processes to win card-check recognition and neutrality.
