Carson Glickman-Flora represents a variety of unions in the public and private sector in litigation, arbitration, and negotiation. Her practice also includes representation of individuals in employment discrimination and unemployment benefits cases. Carson came to the firm after externing for an Administrative Law Judge at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Planned Parenthood of Western Washington, where she assisted on a case to ensure a major employer provided prescription contraception coverage in its otherwise comprehensive health care plan. She received her law degree from the University of Washington and a B.A. from the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. Carson is also a graduate of the AFL-CIO Organizing Institute and the recipient of the 2005 Mary Ellen Krug Scholarship from the Labor and Employment Law Section of the King County Bar Association.
