David Campbell, a partner, has represented unions in major litigation and negotiations for over twenty years. As a trial and appellate litigator, he has handled precedent-setting cases under virtually all the federal and state labor statutes, including the Railway Labor Act, the NLRA and PERC. As a strategic advisor and negotiator, he has far-reaching experience across a host of industries including the airline, aerospace, construction and healthcare fields. He is a frequent public speaker and regularly presents seminars to union representatives.

Mr. Campbell is a graduate with honors of Whitman College and a graduate of the University of Washington Law School. He has an AV (highest professional excellence) rating by the independent Martindale Hubble legal rating service. He is currently a member of numerous legal committees and organizations, including the ABA's Subcommittee on the Railway Labor Act, and the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee. He has contributed to numerous labor publications, including The Railway Labor Act and The Organizers Handbook.
