Terry Costello is a partner with the firm. He joined the firm in 2001 after 22 years at the local union, state council, and International Union levels of Service Employees International Union. He has broad experience in contract enforcement, organizing, collective bargaining and litigation in a variety of industries including healthcare, commercial cleaning, security, public sector, communications, and hospitality. He brings a wealth of experience and know-how to legal problems faced by unions. Mr. Costello is a Contributing Editor to the Bureau of National Affairs' The Developing Labor Law and is a member of the AFL-CIO's Lawyers Coordinating Committee. A graduate of the Seattle University School of Law, he holds a B.A. from Gonzaga University. An experienced and effective trainer, he has earned a reputation for presenting labor law to clients and others in an understandable and entertaining style.
