Lawrence Schwerin, a Walla Walla native and
graduate of the University of Washington Law School where he served as an editor of the Washington Law Review (1966-1968), was coordinating partner of Barnard Iglitzin & Lavitt LLP and is now of counsel to the Firm. His practice, spanning over 40 years, focuses on litigation for individuals as well as unions. Mr. Schwerin also arbitrates and mediates employment disputes and lectures on employment and labor law issues. He is a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for twenty years. He is past chair of the King County Bar Association's Pacific Coast Labor Law Conference planning
committee, and has served as chair of the WSBA Labor & Employment Law Section executive committee.
